Basic Conflict Checking was written before the rewrite of the RfS in 2001, so it is highly suggested that you read the RfS and make note of any descrepancies, however the basic formula remains the same.

Effective Commentary is a guideline for commenting internally in An Tir. This is kingdom-specific, mind, so see your kingdom submissions herald for their guidelines if you are not commenting for An Tir. Also available as a .doc file.

At the time of this writing, it being the 26th of March in the modern year 2002, I am Lions Blood Herald for the kingdom of An Tir. (That's the poor sot in charge of the kingdom's heraldic submissions.) Therefore, much of this page is dedicated to heraldic submissions in An Tir.
